BILD Lethbridge is proud to be a strong advocate for the industry as well as the community working with all orders of government. BILD Lethbridge Region has built relationships with political leaders and policy makers. Through our advocacy efforts and the work of its internal and external committees we have, or are, directly involved with work on new zoning, code changes, land use bylaw, design standards, complete street strategy, the municipal housing strategy and research studies like the Lethbridge Benchmarking Study and Mortgage Rules Impact Report on the Lethbridge Housing Market.
You can count on us to be a prominent voice for residential construction in Lethbridge by bringing community, safety & education, and affordabilty to the forefront of the industry.

We connect suppliers & builders through our programs, such as Parade of Homes.
We provide access to our list of qualified members so that home buyers have access to professionals that are committed to continuous education & training and are bound by a code of ethics and responsible business practices.
We work on behalf of the home owner by advocating at all levels of government to ensure the market consists of affordable, quality homes that offer a wide range of housing solutions to meet their needs and wants.
Scholarships
The BILD Lethbridge scholarship was designed to recognize the accomplishments of Albertans who are pursuing construction-related post-secondary education or apprenticeship program and who are working for a respected member of BILD.
BILD Lethbrige and its members wish to support and encourage individuals expressing an interest in, and a commitment to a construction-related career.
This Scholarship is designed to financially assist the recipient during their apprenticeship or directly after.
