2018 Awards of Excellence In Housing Winners

2, 2019 LETHBRIDGE –  On February 1 The Building industry & Land
Development Association (BILD) Lethbridge Region hosted their 20^th
annual Awards of Excellence in Housing and presented 32 awards including Custom
Builder and Builder of the Year in front of over 300 industry members.

The award categories included new home
design categories, community development, safety, energy efficiency,
renovations, marketing, best trade, best supplier and builder and customer
builder and builder of the year. Criteria for each award is complex and
multi-faceted to ensure the absolute highest standards are recognized. Industry
professionals from across the country rigorously judged the 121 entries to
determine the winners.

Joey Baranyay, BILD Lethbridge President
commented, “The product that is being produced by our land developers,
homebuilders, renovators, trade and supplier members are at the forefront of
innovation and technology and it is truly exciting to be apart of it, congrats
to all the winners!”

Bridget Mearns, Executive Officer of BILD
Lethbridge, remarked on the degree of competitiveness in all categories “it is
truly inspiring to see the level of quality, attention to detail and customer
service, and commitment BILD Lethbridge members have in designing, building,
and suppling the best products for Lethbridge citizens and region. The judges
had a very difficult job.”
